• Chicago Driver Charged In Hit-And-Run Of Bicyclist, 15: Oswego Police (patch.com) — Oswego police say a Chicago woman has been charged after allegedly striking a 15-year-old Oswego bicyclist at Route 31 and Washington Street and leaving the scene. Deputies later located the suspected vehicle, and the teen was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries as the investigation continues and additional charges are considered.
