• KenCom auditing Flock system; Yorkville police say usage by its officers '100%' compliant (shawlocal.com) — Oswego police currently share access to the Flock license plate reader system through KenCom, which is preparing its first full audit to ensure proper use across Kendall County agencies. While Yorkville has no cameras installed and Plano plans to exit the program, Oswego is among the departments using Flock more frequently, amid statewide concerns about data sharing, privacy, and compliance with Illinois law.
