• County Board continues debating joint dispatch (prairiepress.net) — Edgar County leaders are pushing forward talks on a joint 911 dispatch system that would include representation from the City of Paris, with a new subcommittee and meeting date being set. Officials stressed the need for regular, inclusive planning sessions to secure sustainable emergency communications. Also note: Whitetail Solar will host a public information meeting June 16 at Eveland Gym in Paris.
