The League of Women Voters of the Deerfield/Lincolnshire Area invites you to our next Defending Democracy Drop-In on Tuesday, May 26, at 6:00 pm at the Deerfield Public Library. The action topic for this program is The Plastics Problem.
Our speaker will be Seema Keshav, founder of Go Green Vernon Hills and Lincolnshire, who will explain the plastics crisis and the impact it has on our environment and our health. Attendees will learn how to advocate for legislation to reduce plastic use.
