Neurofibromatosis affects approximately one in every 2,500 births, making it one of the most common rare genetic disorders—yet awareness remains limited. As part of NF Awareness Month, the NF Network is working to shine a brighter spotlight on this condition while providing critical support and resources to those impacted. Participation in events like the NF Strong Spring Concert plays a vital role in helping sustain these efforts and expand their reach.
“This event is about more than just great music—it’s about bringing people together to celebrate community and support families living with NF,” said Kim Bischoff, Executive Director of the NF Network. “Every ticket purchased and every bid placed in the silent auction helps us continue this important work.”
