Come lace up your shoes and rally together for the 2026 NF Strong 5K in North Kansas City, Missouri. The annual event will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Macken Park – Festival Pavilion and aims to raise awareness and support for individuals and families affected by neurofibromatosis (NF).
Registration and check-in begin at 9:00 a.m., with the 5K starting at 10:00 a.m. Participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to stroll, roll, walk, or run in support of the NF community. A virtual participation option is also available for supporters joining from afar.
Held at William E. Macken Park, the event celebrates community, connection, and hope while helping fund the NF Network’s mission to support research, advocacy, education, and outreach programs for those impacted by NF. Neurofibromatosis affects approximately one in every 2,500 births and causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body.
