Jill Egan, Managing Broker of the North Region offices of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, announced that the Evanston office, which is located at 1239 Chicago Avenue, will participate in the Evanston Arts and Craft Beverage Crawl on May 14, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. During the event, broker Jeanie Bratschie, also known as the Rockin’ Realtor, will perform from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Jeanie is a member of GK Chicago, an award-winning real estate team within the office. Agent Paul Frischer’s daughter, Olivia, will apply henna tattoos and Dave Roth, a friend of the office, will display his sculptures.
Guests attending the Crawl will enjoy locally crafted beverages courtesy of Two Eagles Distillery, light bites, art displays, live music, and more while exploring the neighborhood during this fun community event.
