• Update: WaterLink Partnership Breaks Ground on 30-Mile Pipeline Bringing Lake Michigan Water to Montgomery, Oswego and Yorkville (positivelynaperville.com) — Yorkville is part of a nearly $400 million WaterLink project that will bring Lake Michigan drinking water to local homes, schools, and businesses by 2028, replacing the stressed sandstone aquifer. The regional pipeline is already under construction through Naperville and Oswego, with ongoing road closures and detours, and Yorkville officials say the project will secure long-term water reliability for future growth.
