• Meth, cash and other drugs found after Noblesville police chase ends in Anderson; driver arrested (wthr.com) — An overnight police chase that began in Noblesville ended in Anderson, where officers used stop sticks on a car and later reported finding about 1.5 pounds of meth, cash, and other drugs. A 32-year-old Anderson man was arrested and faces preliminary drug and resisting law enforcement charges, with formal filing decisions still pending.

• Death penalty murder trial in Elwood officer's death delayed to next year (wthr.com) — A major death penalty case being tried in Anderson has been pushed back to next year while defendant Carl Boards undergoes treatment to regain competency at the state mental hospital.
