• Deloris ‘Dee' Reese (journalreview.com) — Crawfordsville is mourning Deloris “Dee” Reese, 92, a longtime resident and Crawfordsville Bowling Hall of Fame inductee who passed away April 12. Friends can visit from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Monday, April 20, at Burkhart Funeral Home, with services at 3:30 p.m. and burial at Oak Hill Cemetery South. Her life centered on family, local business, sports, and community groups.
• Kyleigh Stallings Signs With Storm Lake Honda for 2026 WMX Championship (racerxonline.com) — Motocross fans will see national WMX action return to Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville on Friday, August 28, as part of the 2026 Women’s Motocross Championship schedule. Rising star Kyleigh Stallings has signed with Storm Lake Honda/Buddy Brooks Racing, with the six-round series kicking off June 5 and including stops in Pennsylvania and New York before wrapping in Indiana.
