Jim was the Deputy City Manager in Joliet from 1987 until his retirement in 2008.
Dr. Rodolfo (Rudy) Jao, of Valparaiso, passed away Wednesday, February 28. Visitation will be held Friday, March 9 at Geisen in Crown Point.
