PUBLIC NOTICE Board of Commissioners of Delaware County, Indiana – Sale of County-Owned Real Property (in.gov) — Delaware County commissioners are accepting sealed offers for a county-owned lot at 1026 W. Powers St. in Muncie, with a minimum bid of $200. Interested residents must submit email or in-person bids to the commissioners’ office on West Main Street in Muncie by noon on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2026, subject to state eligibility rules.

YWCA plans two phases of renovations to new home in former elementary school (indianapublicradio.org) — YWCA Central Indiana is moving its emergency shelter from downtown Muncie into the former Garfield Elementary, promising more privacy, dignity, and community space for local women and children.
