• NOTICE The City of Plymouth (900 Oakhill Ave, PO Box (thepilotnews.com) — Plymouth city officials are filing a required state notice so construction of the Harrison Street multi-use trail can move forward while meeting stormwater rules. Runoff from the project will drain into the Yellow River and ultimately the Kankakee/Iroquois watershed. Residents with questions are directed to the project’s consulting engineer.
   

• Multiple charges for South Bend man (max983.net) — Plymouth police say a June 9 traffic stop led to the arrest of a South Bend man after officers reported smelling alcohol, finding open containers, and locating marijuana and THC gummies. The driver allegedly failed sobriety tests and blew .180 on a portable breath test before being booked into Marshall County Jail on multiple OWI and possession-related charges. All charges remain allegations.
   

• IHSAA boys golf state tournament regional round results (wsbt.com) — Plymouth’s boys golf team just captured its first-ever regional title, edging Homestead by one stroke with a 302 at Stonehenge in Winona Lake. Led by No. 1 golfer Dan Nyugen’s 77, the Rockies advance to next week’s IHSAA state finals in Carmel alongside Homestead and Warsaw.
