Zionsville Town Council: LEAP wastewater not wanted (youarecurrent.com) — Zionsville's Town Council has unanimously opposed any plan that would send wastewater from Lebanon's LEAP development into waterways running through town, reflecting strong concern from residents. While the resolution is largely symbolic, it will be filed as public comment when a discharge plan is proposed and sent to state leaders, including the governor.

Boone County Chamber Director Sean Reeves on WILO and Boone 102.7 FM Party Line Talks About LEAP, Boone County Growth, Meta Data Center and Job Fair (clintoncountydailynews.com) — Boone County's rapid industrial growth, including Meta's massive data center and Eli Lilly's LEAP investments, is reshaping jobs, schools, and traffic for communities like Zionsville and Lebanon. Chamber director Sean Reaves highlights new high-wage opportunities, school expansions keeping pace with enrollment, and an Oct. 8 countywide job fair plus other business-focused events residents can attend.
   

3. Boone County program supports cancer patients, caregivers (youarecurrent.com) — Boone County cancer patients and caregivers, including those in Zionsville, can now access free counseling, massages, haircuts and other holistic services through the new Resilience and Renewal program. Funded by the Pam York Memorial Fund, the partnership involves the Boone County Cancer Society, Effie Massage and Zionsville's Cabin Counseling & Resource Center, with services offered in Lebanon.
   

4. VIDEO OUTREACH: ReCenter Indiana starts campaign to get young adults to the polls (indianacitizen.org) — Young voters in Zionsville may soon spot themselves or neighbors in a new ReCenter Indiana video campaign, partly filmed here during the May primary. The six-week effort targets 18- to 24-year-olds in Boone, Hamilton and Marion counties with short online ads and county-specific resources to boost turnout for Indiana's Nov. 3, 2026 general election.
