• Volunteers clean up trash in downtown Bettendorf (ourquadcities.com) — Downtown Bettendorf just got a spring refresh thanks to more than 70 volunteers who picked up trash during a yearly cleanup organized by the Downtown Bettendorf Organization and XStream Cleanup. With support from City of Bettendorf Public Works, participants were supplied with gear and lunch. Organizers are already eyeing another community cleanup in early September before a major conference.
