• Driver Runs Into Fence at Lincoln Elementary Playground, Arrested for OWI – 95.1 The Bull (951thebull.com) — A Charles City man was arrested after police say his SUV crashed through the chain link fence at Lincoln Elementary’s playground early Sunday morning, entering the play area. No playground equipment was damaged, but the fence is temporarily secured and the driver faces OWI and related charges, with a preliminary hearing set for May 1 in Floyd County District Court.
