• QC adoptive parents arrested: Biological mom speaks out (ourquadcities.com) — A Clinton mother is speaking out after the Davenport couple who adopted her three children were arrested on child endangerment and related charges. She’s desperate for information about her 10-year-old’s condition, now working with advocates to regain contact or custody and calling for better oversight of children placed in the system. The adoptive parents remain jailed on high bond and face a court appearance June 16.
