• Hospital worker fired after she was twice accused of being drunk at work (newsfromthestates.com) — A mental health technician tied to a hospital system serving Council Bluffs and Omaha lost her job after supervisors twice alleged she was intoxicated at work and later failed breath tests. An administrative law judge has now ruled the firing was for workplace misconduct, disqualifying her from unemployment benefits she initially received.
