• Judge dismisses criminal case against former Delhi city clerk over filing deadline (cbs2iowa.com) — A Delaware County judge has dismissed all criminal charges against former Delhi city clerk Lori Tucker, ruling prosecutors filed the case after Iowa’s legal deadlines had passed. The decision follows an auditor’s report and sheriff’s investigation into alleged improper handling of public funds, and the dismissal with prejudice means the charges cannot be refiled.

Organizers say the strong response reflects everyday generosity supporting services close to home.
