• Judge dismisses criminal case against former Delhi city clerk over filing deadline (cbs2iowa.com) — A Delaware County judge has dismissed all criminal charges against former Delhi city clerk Lori Tucker, ruling prosecutors missed Iowa’s filing deadlines. The case stemmed from a state audit that flagged tens of thousands in questionable disbursements during her time at Delhi City Hall, but the judge found the statute of limitations had expired and barred the charges from being refiled.
