Closure of Eastbound Lane of U.S. 20/Julien Dubuque Bridge Begins June 15 (iowadot.gov) โ If you rely on the Julien Dubuque Bridge, expect weekday slowdowns starting Monday, June 15, when the eastbound lane closes for repairs and briefly reopens for afternoon commutes. Drivers from Dubuque will face a detour via U.S. 61 and Wisconsin highways 11 and 35, and the DOT urges extra caution and attention to work-zone speed limits and signs.
