• Boone County Sheriff's Office Seeks Public Assistance for Potential Animal Neglect Case (kwbg.com) — Law enforcement is asking Madrid-area residents for help after an animal crate and signs of possible neglect were found dumped along the 1600 block of 315th Street near the river. If you recognize the crate or saw anything suspicious in that area, you’re urged to call the Boone County Sheriff’s Office and reference case S26-02879.
