ā¢ Boone County Sheriff's Office Seeks Public Assistance for Potential Animal Neglect Case (kwbg.com) ā Law enforcement is asking Madrid-area residents for help after an animal crate and signs of possible neglect were found dumped along the 1600 block of 315th Street near the river. If you recognize the crate or saw anything suspicious in that area, youāre urged to call the Boone County Sheriffās Office and reference case S26-02879.

ā¢ KMAland Girls Track & Field (4/16): F-M wins Terry Ratliff Relays, Glenwood, Treynor, Wayne, Syracuse other winners (kmaland.com) ā Madrid Highās girls track team turned in a big night at the Ogden Relays, finishing second overall behind multiple wins from sprinters and distance runners. Paige Richards swept the long jump, 100, and 200, while Madelyn Grothus dominated the 3000 and 800, helping showcase Madridās strength against a strong regional field. Ā Ā Ā
