• Raeburn Ardell (Voigt) Newell Louscher (dickinsoncountynews.com) — Friends and neighbors around Spirit Lake and Okoboji are mourning 102-year-old Raeburn Louscher, a longtime community member who loved golfing at Okoboji Vu and Okoboji View and stayed active well into her 90s. Services are Monday, June 15, at Spirit Lake United Methodist Church, with visitation an hour prior and inurnment at Lakeview Cemetery, and her family suggests memorials to the Spirit Lake Community School Foundation or St. Croix Hospice.
