• Dragon softball grabs six all-league selections (morningsun.net) — Parsons High softball players earned all-league recognition as part of the Southeast Kansas League awards, with Braelyn Hinman-Mitchell named first team and Alex Stoneberger receiving honorable mention. Pittsburg’s Purple Dragons led the way with six selections and their coach earning coach of the year after sharing the league title with Fort Scott.
