(johnsoncountypost.com) ā Residents of the Spring Hill school district will help choose a new representative on the Kansas State Board of Education this November, after Republican Jim McMullen and Democrat Amy Diediker advanced from Tuesdayās primary. The District 3 seat covers Spring Hill, Olathe, Gardner Edgerton and Blue Valley schools, and the outcome could help shift the partisan balance on the 10-member state board.
