Joseph Lawson, convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and evidence tampering, is now appealing his conviction to the Kentucky Supreme Court, while prosecutors continue to argue that a coordinated plot led to Rogers’ presumed killing and the staging of her abandoned car along Bluegrass Parkway.
