• Kathy Lynn Skinner, 61, of Cadiz (wkdzradio.com) — Cadiz residents are mourning the passing of 61-year-old Kathy Lynn Skinner, a Trigg County High School graduate and New Hope Baptist Church member who deeply loved her family and pets. She died Tuesday, April 14, at Madisonville Health & Rehabilitation, and Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz is handling arrangements, with no services planned at this time.
