The reflective design aims to make patrol vehicles easier to spot, especially at night, and will be phased in as older cars are retired. 5. Glasgow shooting case waived to grand jury (wbko.com) — A major homicide case tied to a recent Glasgow shooting has now been waived to a grand jury, meaning jurors will decide whether to indict the accused man. Police say the victim, a pregnant woman, was found shot in her car on Cleveland Avenue, and charges were upgraded to murder and fetal homicide. The suspect remains jailed on a $2 million bond while the victim’s family seeks help with burial costs.
