• Former Lincoln Co. deputy pleads guilty after stealing cash during execution of search warrant (k105.com) — A Hustonville resident and former Lincoln County sheriff’s deputy has pleaded guilty to charges tied to stealing cash during a 2025 drug investigation, after allegedly removing his body camera to take the money. He was fired in March, now faces up to five years in prison, and will be sentenced in June, while the sheriff emphasizes the misconduct is his responsibility alone.
