Racers Host Redbirds in Key MVC Series; Drone Show Set for Friday Night - Murray State University Athletics (goracers.com) — Murray State baseball hosts Illinois State this weekend at Johnny Reagan Field in Murray, with games Friday through Sunday and a free Racer Drone Show planned after Friday night’s matchup. 3. University removes penalties for late timesheet reporting (murraystatenews.org) — Murray State University is immediately ending penalties for late timesheet and leave reporting, a change President Ron Patterson says removes an ineffective administrative burden. Employees are still urged to file on time so hourly workers are paid correctly and the university stays in line with state and federal rules.

Murray State celebrates President Patterson's first year (murraystatenews.org) — Murray State University is marking President Ron Patterson’s first year with a new Student First Patterson Family Scholarship Endowment aimed at supporting Racers from application through graduation. Speaking at Lovett Auditorium with Gov. Andy Beshear in attendance, Patterson emphasized a “students first” approach, expanded regional campuses, and stronger ties to local industries that could open more opportunities for Murray-area students.
