3. 2.5 magnitude quake felt in western McCracken County (westkentuckystar.com) — A 2.5 magnitude earthquake late Wednesday night was centered along the property line of Barkley Regional Airport in West Paducah, about ten miles west of town. Dozens of people from Paducah and nearby communities reported feeling the mild tremor, which the USGS recorded at a depth of about eight miles.
