• Old golf course in Paris set to become city's newest outdoor space (lex18.com) — Paris is turning a former golf course along Stoner Creek into a major new public park, after city commissioners unanimously approved funding this week. Plans call for green space, natural trails, a boat ramp, and a future float park connection to Garrard Park, while designers work around flooding concerns to protect the city’s water supply and expand outdoor access for residents.
