Residents at Russellville's Robinwood Park Apartments have 90 more days of guaranteed water and sewer service after the city delayed a shutoff over the landlord's unpaid $80,000 bill. Tenants say the reprieve doesn't fix long-standing issues like mold, cracked walls, and damaged floors, and organizers are pressing Russellville officials for permanent protections, repairs, and a public council meeting before any future cutoff.
