• Troutman's gets variance for new store (pmg-ky1.com) — Troutman’s Dry Goods, long based on North Buckman Street in Shepherdsville, has secured a key variance to build a new store along Preston Highway, aiming to open this fall. The Bullitt County Board of Adjustments also approved several other local setback variances, and residents can attend the board’s next meeting on May 14 at the Nina Mooney Courthouse Annex.
