• The Center for Rural Development (clayconews.com) — Somerset’s Center for Rural Development has named 100 high school students from 45 Kentucky counties, including six from Pulaski County, to the elite 2026 Rogers Scholars leadership program. These rising juniors will attend intensive summer sessions at Morehead State and Lindsey Wilson universities, gaining skills and connections aimed at keeping their talents and future careers in Southern and Eastern Kentucky.
