• Fitch Irick Management to Pay $90,000 in EEOC Sexual Harassment Suit (eeoc.gov) — A federal settlement has been reached over sexual harassment reported by a site manager at a Stanford property managed by Fitch Irick Management. The company will pay $90,000 and implement training and policy changes after the EEOC alleged it failed to act on her complaint, leading to threats and a hostile work environment.
