• Xenia man booked for kidnapping, high-speed chase (xeniagazette.com) — A high-speed police chase from Ohio into Northern Kentucky ended when a 20-year-old driver crashed into Walton United Methodist Church, where he was arrested and his 2‑month‑old child was safely recovered. Boone County authorities say the infant was reunited with the mother after medical checks, and the involved deputy and other motorists avoided serious injury. The suspect now faces multiple charges in both Boone and Greene counties.
