ā¢ More than a third of Bangor's pandemic relief funds still haven't been spent (bangordailynews.com) ā Bangor still has about $7.5 million in federal pandemic relief funds to spend this year, and some of that money is improving services based in Brewer. The Bangor Area Recovery Networkās downtown Brewer center is using its ARPA award to overhaul heating, ventilation, and mechanical systems, add solar panels, and create more space for recovery coaching, keeping crucial support easily reachable for local residents.
