• First responders, teacher honored for saving man's life in Farmington (themainemonitor.org) — Farmington’s Select Board has honored three first responders and a UMF teacher for lifesaving CPR efforts on Front Street, then moved on to key police business. The board approved buying two new cruisers, agreed to auction off older vehicles, and heard that the police department is nearly fully staffed again.
