• Gorham school district rolls out official AI policy (pressherald.com) — Gorham’s school district has unanimously approved a new artificial intelligence handbook that will guide how students and families use tools like MagicSchool AI starting in the 2026-27 school year. The 22-page policy, shaped by Gorham students, parents, and staff, stresses transparency, ethics, privacy, and preserving real critical thinking, with teacher-specific guidelines and AI training days coming before classes resume this fall.
