• Juvenile charged with arson in Oakland house fire (centralmaine.com) — Sidney firefighters were among several mutual aid crews who helped Oakland battle a late-night house fire on Libby Hill Road that heavily damaged the second floor but spared all seven occupants from injury. Investigators say the blaze began in a child’s bedroom and have charged a juvenile with arson, who is now being held at Long Creek Youth Development Facility.
