⢠Rooster statues take on autism awareness meaning in Ogunquit following dispute with town (wmtw.com) ā Residents in nearby Ogunquit are turning large metal rooster decorations into symbols of autism awareness, and supporters specifically hope the message spreads in Wells and beyond. The effort grew from a zoning dispute involving a family whose autistic daughter loves the roosters. Community members are now āfosteringā roosters and encouraging broader acceptance, with plans underway for a nonprofit focused on autism support.
