President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is reporting there will be over 2-Billion dollars spent on the Orioles, Ravens & Inner Harbor construction projects combined.
The first-phase of the Orioles reconstruction cost to Oriole Park at Camden Yards is estimated around $400 Million, the second-phase will include another $400 Million. This is great for baseball fans and the potential opportunity of hosting an MLB All-Star Game in the future. Baltimore & the Orioles last hosted an ASG was in 1993, the 2nd year that Oriole Park was open.
The Baltimore Ravens are in the midst of an estimated $489 Million multi-year renovation project that will also enhance the fans' experience at M&T Bank Stadium. The new "Flockyard" is a premium three-story tailgate & hospitality venue for fans prior-to and after home-games.
Oriole Park and M&T Bank stadiums serve as major backdrops to the USPTO www.uspto.gov Iconic (R) trademark "Charm'tastic Mile". The "Charm'tastic Mile" remains the only USPTO (R) trademark street in Charm City & the State of Maryland. When it was published on September 15, 2020 it joined a very select few, the Magnificent Mile, Rodeo Drive & Vegas Strip as U.S. streets
Demolition & the first-phase of construction on the Inner Harbor is scheduled this upcoming November. The total estimated cost for the "Reimagined" project is estimated at $900 Million. The first-phase of Oriole Park at $400 Million, the $489 Million for M&T Bank and the $900 Million for the comes to roughly 1.7 Billion combined. The total cost after potential delays and exceeded expenses could easily be in the 2.3 to 2.5 Billion dollar range.
The Business-Bridge to all these projects will be The "Charm'tastic Mile" that runs from Dwtn-West (Oriole Park, M&T Bank Stadium), Inner Harbor (New Construction) to Harbor East (the Crown Jewel on The Mile). With more sporting and entertainment can The "Charm'tastic Mile" be Vegas Stripe-like for the future of Baltimore's economy?
