President & Fleet Street) that is now listed on Google search as one of the Top 10-15 Most Famous Streets in America is reporting its Sports'tastic Purple Friday in B'more.
The Ravens will face on the road the old-Baltimore NFL www.nfl.com franchise Indianapolis Colts to Kickoff the '26 regular-season this coming Sunday. 2026 will mark the 30th Anniversary-year of the franchise being in Charm City. The team has a new fan-based slogan that's the Best Trending Slogan in the NFL, "No Purple Doubt" sounds like a hit song or the title of a music album.
The inspiration behind the "No Purple Doubt" slogan name comes from the 30th Anniversary of hip-hop Icon Jay-Z's debut album titled Reasonable Doubt that was released the same-year the Ravens had their Inaugural-season, 1996. The album was released on June 25, 1996 just weeks before the Ravens 1st-ever training camp. Baltimore's 1st-game as the Ravens was on September 1, 1996 vs the Oakland Raiders at old Memorial Stadium a 19-14 win.
"No Purple Doubt" has now reached NCAA College Football with teams that sport the primary color of purple. Sitting at the top are the LSU Tigers, TCU Horned Frogs and Washington Huskies. East Carolina Pirates, Kansas State Wildcats, James Madison Dukes & Northwestern Wildcats are the other major college programs that showcase the color.
Six of the seven teams won last-week. East Carolina was beaten by Alabama 48-10. LSU looked impressive and dominant vs Clemson beating the Tigers 51-10. The Battle of the Tigers was a no contest with LSU leaving "No Purple Doubt" who was the better team. LSU is the #8 ranked team in the AP Top 25 Poll. The Huskies are ranked #18.
"No Purple Doubt" NCAA Week #2 9-12-26, La Tech vs LSU (7:30 PM), Grambling St. vs TCU (8:00 PM), Tulane vs Kansas St. (12:00 PM), App State vs East Carolina (12:00 PM), Wagner vs James Madison (3:30 PM), Utah State vs Washington Huskies (3:30 PM), Northwestern (Idle) vs Colorado (9-19, 7:30 PM).
Weber State is another NCAA college team that wears purple and they will be playing the Colorado Buffaloes on the road Saturday (3:30 PM). It will be back-to-back "No Purple Doubt" teams for Colorado.
