Eagle Title Announces Promotion of Zanna Clayton to Southern Maryland Branch Manager

Eagle Title is pleased to announce the promotion of Zanna Clayton to Southern Maryland Branch Manager. In her expanded leadership role, Clayton will oversee the company's Prince Frederick office while continuing to serve clients as a Settlement Officer.

With nearly seven years of experience in the title industry, Clayton brings extensive knowledge of the settlement process, established local relationships, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Clayton began her career supporting pre- and post-closing operations before advancing into processing and earning her title insurance license in 2021. Licensed in both Maryland and Virginia, she is known for her attention to detail, approachable communication style, and dedication to helping clients navigate the settlement process with confidence.

A Calvert County native, Clayton has deep roots in the Southern Maryland community. She currently resides in Owings with her husband and two sons.

Her commitment to professional growth and community leadership was recently recognized through her graduation from Leadership Southern Maryland's Emerging Leaders Program, Class of 2026. She has also supported local community initiatives, including Calvert County Christmas in April.

As Southern Maryland Branch Manager, Clayton will play a key role in strengthening Eagle Title's presence and supporting the company's continued growth throughout Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's Counties.
