Man Pretending To Be Walmart Employee Wanted By Police

Police are searching for a man who pretended to be a Walmart employee and stole lost credit credits from the customer service counter.

The Aberdeen Police Department reported that the man, dressed in a Walmart employee uniform, walked behind the customer service counter and began searching inside the lost and found cabinet, then took lost credit cards placed there.

ABERDEEN, MD — Police are searching for the man they say walked into Walmart pretending to be an employee.

The Aberdeen Police Department reported that the man, dressed in a Walmart employee uniform, walked behind the customer service counter and began searching inside the lost and found cabinet, then took lost credit cards placed there.

Then the man took off in a black pickup truck. The incident happened June 7.

The suspect has been described as having short hair and a beard.
