• 81-Year-Old Woman Dies After Being Struck By Vehicle In Bel Air: Sheriff (patch.com) — An 81-year-old Bel Air woman died after being struck by a vehicle while crossing Royal Oak Drive in front of her home, and sheriff's investigators say pedestrian error may have contributed. The neighborhood street lacks crosswalks and overhead lighting, and the driver, a nearby resident, stayed on scene and was not cited. Witnesses are asked to contact the Harford County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit.
