Proposal Calls For 20 New Homes On 50 Acres In Fallston
Harford County's Development Advisory Committee will review a proposal Tuesday morning to build 20 homes on 50 acres in Fallston.
FALLSTON, MD — A developer has proposed building 20 new single-family homes on nearly 50 acres in Fallston.
Called Battaglia Homes at Hess Farm, the development's proposal will be reviewed by Harford County's Development Advisory Committee Wednesday at 9 a.m.
The property is located on the south side of Route 152 between Claret Drive and Friendship Road.

The plan calls for subdividing 49.5 acres into 20 single-family lots in the rural residential zoning district. According to documents, The Charles Neighbours LLC is the landowner while Battaglia Homes LLC is the custom home builder/developer headquartered at 2301 Baldwin Mill Road in Fallston.
The committee will meet in the first floor conference room at the Harford County Conference Building, 220 South Main Street in Bel Air.
