Teen Arrested In Edgewood Man's Fatal Shooting: Police

A 17-year-old Edgewood boy has been arrested in connection to the April fatal shooting of a Harford Co. man, the sheriff's office reports.

EDGEWOOD, MD — A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection to an April fatal shooting that happened in the 1900 block of Eloise Lane.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office, along with the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force, on Tuesday tracked A’maree Curbeam to a home in Baltimore City and took him into custody there, according to the sheriff's office.

Detectives executed a search and seizure warrant at the home and recovered a firearm. Curbeam was taken to the Harford County Detection Center where he's being held without bail.

Curbeam has been identified by the sheriff's office as the suspect in the fatal shooting of Bryan H. Burrows, Jr., 20, of Edgewood in early April. A second victim was wounded in the incident.

The investigation into whether the handgun is connected to this particular incident, or any other criminal activity, remains active, the sheriff's office stated.
