Mark Your Calendar! Bethesda Fine Arts Festival Returns In May
The free downtown Bethesda event will bring more than 100 artists, live music and local restaurants to Woodmont Triangle in May.
MONTGOMERY CO., MD — The Bethesda Fine Arts Festival will return in early May, bringing more than 100 artists from across the nation to the downtown area.
The event will be held the weekend of May 9 in the Woodmont Triangle region, along Norfolk, Auburn and Del Ray avenues.
Saturday hours will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The event will be held rain or shine.

Admission is free, and parking will be available in the public parking garage on Auburn and Del Ray avenues, according to organizers.
The festival, which will include original works, will feature paintings, drawings, photography, furniture, jewelry, woodwork, and ceramics.

“This is the 21st year of the Bethesda Fine Arts Festival, and we’re thrilled to welcome artists to downtown Bethesda for another exciting year,” said Jeff Burton, executive director of the Bethesda Urban Partnership.
“This marquis event is the perfect time to enjoy downtown Bethesda while meeting the country’s most talented artists, listening to live music, enjoying great food and more.”
Goodies will also be provided by a variety of restaurants, including BabyCat Brewery, Bethesda Curry Kitchen, California Tortilla, and The Red Bandana Bakery.
